Ick, what is this??

It's official, I'm a big baby. I don't do "sick" well, especially when it involves my stomach. One little hint of queasiness and my body just shuts down. Soo...I thank God for His mercy in sparing me from morning sickness for my first six pregnancies. I really do. I appreciate every minute of my trouble-free first and second trimesters. Until now.

I welcomed my first real, true bout of morning sickness this morning, at 3am. I'm still battling it now, at nearly midnight. YUCK!!!! I've had little "eww, that kinda feels like queasiness" mornings for the last few weeks, but NOTHING like today.

Can I deliver tomorrow?

Oh, I'm soooo sorry!! I never cared too much for pregnancy just because of the morning, er, all day sickness factor! Zofran helped me survive, but it was still YUCK!! I would tell you I hope you feel better, but I know morning sickness is not an "I'll feel better tomorrow" type of thing, so I just pray for you that God will give you the grace and strength to make it through sanely! :)

Suck it up! LOL You know I have no empathy at all after 7 pregnancies with ms so bad I couldn't even get out of bed. I even had to make little beds on the bathroom floor at times.

Just kidding! I hope this doesn't last long for you. Maybe it is just a bug. I went through that recently. I was queasy for nearly a week. I hope that is all it is. I don't wish ms on anyone.

I hope you don't have too many days like this, but now you get why I always told you to hush when we would talk pregnancies and you would have to bring up the fact you never had morning sickness while some of us had it every time! You should never talk about how you are one of those that never got sick or in some peoples case it might be something like they had a perfectly easy labor, to people who say they haven't had it the same...at least not until you no longer are able to get pg!!

I was really tickled to run across your blog. I have been an Army wife since 1988 and am now an Army Mom as well. We have 7 wonderful children and a grandson that we are raising. I am a stay at home homeschooling mom and it is just great to run across someone who knows how wonderful Army Doctors are! LOL I was asked everything from if I had cable to was I Mormon or Catholic. Total strangers would ask if I knew what caused pregnancy. I even had a Doctor tell me I was costing the Army to much. Anyway my hubby is currently in Kuwait so life here is crazy. Just wanted you to know that I love your blog and invite you to e-mail me. I am putting a blog together, but I am not very good at it. My e-mail is harlessdawn@yahoo. I hope you are feeling better.
In Christ
Dawn
